With an aim of modernisation and administrative simplification, the government of the Brussels Capital Region has decided to extend the use of digital invoicing. Since 1 November 2020, only digital invoices are accepted for all public contracts awarded from that date onwards by the administrations and public organisations of the Brussels Capital Region. After this date, invoices in another format (paper, e-mail, ...) will no longer be processed.
