Urban launches its call for entries for the Urban Zoom - Schools 2024 photo competition
The competition, aimed at secondary school students in the Brussels-Capital Region, seeks to encourage the use of photography as a tool for developing a personal and creative approach to discovering the cultural and urban heritage, contemporary architecture, and public spaces of Brussels.
The concept is simple: students photograph one or more places in the Brussels-Capital Region that are meaningful to them, that they appreciate, or that spark their interest (buildings, houses, green or public spaces, churches, streets, neighbourhoods, façade details, artworks and sculptures in public spaces, etc.). These can include both older heritage (immovable, movable, intangible, archaeological, natural) and contemporary architecture.
→ Are you a teacher interested in enrolling your class(es) in the competition? If so, please contact Urban before November 6th 2024, via concoursdms@urban.brussels.
