Organised as part of the Brussels Art Nouveau & Art Deco (BANAD) Festival, this year’s Heritage Restorers’ Fair will take place on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 March 2025.
For its 10th edition, the fair offers a unique opportunity to meet heritage restorers while discovering collectibles: posters, books or even small pieces of furniture. The setting itself is well worth visiting: the event is taking place in one of the remarkable Art Nouveau school complexes designed by Henri Jacobs in Schaerbeek.
Throughout the weekend, associations working to safeguard the Brussels heritage will be present. Come and visit the Urban stand: An opportunity to discover some of our publications!

The former school No. 13 is part of a vast complex: The Linthout municipal school complex.
Designed by architect Henri Jacobs in 1907, this eclectic-style complex with Art Nouveau accents was built in two phases: the first being completed in 1913 and the second in 1922. As a total work of art, it reflects an approach in which every element - from the plans to the furniture - has been imagined by the architect. This complex is the second major project of its kind in Schaerbeek, after the one on rue Josaphat, built between 1901 and 1905 by the same architect.
