Grant telephone helplines

As the granting of your subsidy cannot be guaranteed at present, our telephone helplines are temporarily closed. 

Any questions concerning a RENOLUTION grant application processed by Urban whose number begins with UR2 must be sent solely via IRISbox, the Brussels-Capital Region's digital counter. 

For questions concerning a file starting with 51/ or 54/ submitted before 31/12/2021, you can send an e-mail to the following address: primesrenovation@urban.brussels.
