#modernity2025 #artdeco2025
This 40th issue of the Brussels Heritage magazine is the culmination of the Art Deco Year, and is all about this emblematic style.
This new issue, “Art Deco, Resolutely Modern”, wishes to highlight the inseparable link between this style and the wave of renewal that passed through society during the interbellum, with contributions about societal themes such as women getting access to the profession of architect.
It also draws attention to the evolution of our knowledge and our regional policy through more technical topics, such as the challenge posed by the new materials from that time period for the current restauration of Art Deco heritage.
Feel free to ask your bookshop to order it from the distributor Nord-Sud.
The Art Deco Year was a huge success
