In Anderlecht, in the "Peterbos" Sustainable Neighbourhood Contract
- Permit granted for the construction of a 49-place crèche adjoining the "Block 16" apartment building in Peterbos Park. (architects: AgwA)
- A second permit, for the construction of an amenities centre and its surroundings following the demolition of the car park next to the "Bloc 12" apartment building in Peterbos Park. (architects: temporary association Felt + 2001)
In Forest, in the "Wiels-sur-Senne" Sustainable Neighbourhood Contract
- Green light for the redevelopment of the area around Saint-Antoine de Padoue church, Rue des Moines and Rue de Gênes. (architects: GRUE)
In Brussels, in the "Heyvaert-Poincaré" Urban Renewal Contract
- Authorisation granted for the creation of new access to Vander Putten stadium and the development of a temporary sports and leisure area, quai de l'Industrie 52.
In Anderlecht, in the "Gare de l'Ouest" Urban Renewal Contract
- A permit granted for the redevelopment of Square Vandervelde and Square Albert 1er, the Vandervelde crossroads and the Chaussée de Mons between the two squares. (architects: consortium ORG + Bureau Bas Smets)
