The online platform MyPermit makes it easier to submit your planning permission applications, and now also your integrated environmental permit applications.
What is an integrated environmental permit?
An integrated environmental permit is a planning or subdivision permit that affects protected heritage, i.e. the permits that concern a property that is - in whole or in part - classified or listed for safeguarding or in the process of being classified or listed.
Heritage assets may require more or less urgent intervention to prevent deterioration. Thanks to the MyPermit platform and the simplification of the steps required to submit an application, Urban contributes to the effective protection of heritage assets.
MyPermit centralises every step of the process, from locating the project to transmitting heritage information, as well as communicating with the architect and the administration.
The platform offers a range of functions, such as notifying the administration of the start date of the works, lodging an appeal, or requesting an extension, all made easy by logging in using your identity card or the Itsme application. Completing the procedure online saves time and money (no more costs for paper printing).
MyPermit also offers a helpdesk, an extensive FAQ section and the option of inviting a third party to help with your application.
One last piece of information worth remembering: even if you initially submitted your application in paper format, you can still link it in MyPermit!
